Having successfully reached the top of her profession by the age of 30, Harpreet understands how difficult it can be to juggle a demanding career requiring frequent travel with being a committed parent and running a busy household (because let’s face it, it is always the woman who ends up with this thankless task!)

In 2016, things came to a head when she was diagnosed with depression and for the first time ever, was forced to take time off work and reassess her life. But, rather than letting it get the better of her and seeing it as a weakness, took strength from it to quit the job and the life that was making her miserable, move out of London and to set up her consultancy business. She is now working towards becoming a certified executive coach, helping other professional women achieve their goals and ambitions but with optimal balance in their lives.

Harpreet is a massive advocate of openly discussing and promoting women’s mental health, something which is sadly still heavily stigmatised and regarded as a taboo subject.
