BIOGRAPHY
R.J. Harper is an award-winning media professional and former Investment Banking Associate from Goldman Sachs. He has appeared regularly as a commentator on CNN, MSNBC and NBC and in 2013 was named by environmental justice group: Earth Justice as “2013’s Clean Air Ambassador” from the landmark $600M federal lawsuit he filed against polluter: PPG Industries. This year he appears in the Hunks 4 Hope Calendar as “Mr. October 2018” and also on the cover of Global Man Magazine with an international circulation of over 25K readers.
Reared in Germany and Sardinia, Italy, Georia, Kentucky, Guatemala, Texas, Hong Kong, Oklahoma, Boston and now…NYC, he has worked in the entertainment business on films with directors: Spike Lee, Antoine Fuqua and with actresses Julia Roberts, Queen Latifah, Paul Giamatti, Alex Baldwin and Anna-Nichole Smith.
An Ivy-League grad, he is an alumni of Brown University and Harvard Business School, speaks Spanish fluently, is a former Peace Corps Volunteer from Guatemala and is represented in the entertainment business by WestHaven Management Group.
With 2018 the Hunks 4 Hope Calendar, he has become a spokesman on “issues of domestic violence and trauma” and believes that in order to end domestic violence…“men must be part of the solution.”
